Up to $26-28/hourly (inclusive of weekend / overnight differentials) Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day Granite VNA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Hospice House team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide comfort, dignity, and quality-of-life care to residents while supporting their families and working closely with our caring clinical team. What You'll Do Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, eating, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care. Follow individualized care plans and observe, document, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions. Create a safe, clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Support residents with cognitive needs and encourage participation in activities that are meaningful to them. Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, nurses, and other care team members. Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment. Follow safe work practices, agency policies, and LNA scope of practice.
