Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols by maintaining first aid and CPR certifications and following child welfare standards at all times. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is required. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across early childhood education Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is highly valued. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management best practices. Proven ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations in educational settings. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is encouraged.
