We have a wonderful opportunity for Assistant, Associate and Lead Teachers in our Early Childcare Adventures Program. We serve young children ages 6 weeks

• 5 years, year-round in a high quality early care and education program.

The ideal candidate will interact in a positive way with children, parents/guardians, and staff, possessing the ability to provide a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged and individuality is respected. Commitment to maintaining professionalism in daily interactions with children, parents and staff; commitment to working cooperatively with co-workers and administration; respect for diversity and inclusion. Monday-Friday / 5-8 hours per day / 25-40 hours per week

Minimum Requirements and Pay Ranges:

Lead Teacher

• $22•25 hourly•18 ECE Credits or Degree from an accredited College or University with concentration in Early Childhood or related field Associate Teacher•$19•22 hourly•A minimum of 9 ECE Credits from an accredited College or University Assistant Teacher•$17•19 hourly•Experience working with children All Child Care Teachers MUST have the following experience and attributes: High School Diploma or HiSET/GED Certificate Ability to comply with and meet NH Child Care Licensing requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Must be able to react quickly and keep up with moving children Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust ALC offers a generous childcare discount, as well as lunch provided daily by our onsite chef.
