Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher Join the World Academy Team — Where Learning is Joyful, Meaningful, and Inspiring! World Academy is seeking full-time Lead or Associate Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our progressive Early Education Team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about working with young children, collaborative by nature, and committed to fostering a developmentally appropriate, play-based learning environment. Position Overview Teachers at World Academy work as part of a team to: Create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment Collaborate on the development and implementation of curriculum Support children's growth through observation and assessment Build strong communication with families and fellow educators Our philosophy centers on educating the whole child through meaningful, play-based experiences. We value educators who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong understanding of child development to their work. Qualifications Lead Teacher (Preferred): Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Minimum of 18 ECE credits, including 3 credits in Child Growth and Development Associate Teacher (Required): Minimum of 9 ECE credits, including 3 credits in Child Growth and Development Interest in continuing education (accelerated state programs available)Preferred:
