This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-time or Part-time; 15 to 30 hours per week; year-round employment Salary $20-$25/hour pending, qualifications, and professional Early Childhood Education experience Benefits Paid Time Off 401(K) Paid Holidays Child-Enrollment Discount Professional Development Assistance Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area/lobby area Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Greeting families with a warm smile and welcoming demeanor Weekly payroll and deposits Handling monthly invoicing Qualifications
REQUIRED
Education:
High School DiplomaREQUIRED
Experience:
At least 1-year of Administrative Assistant experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Public facing customer service experience Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office programs, and social media Ability to multitask and accurately prioritize work based on the needs of the schoolPREFERRED
Experience:
experience in an environment with children 5-years-old and younger Experience with payroll Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations Must meet background check eligibilityNote:
