Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Preschool Director / Lead Teacher for a new preschool opening in the Seacoast area. The ideal candidate is an experienced early childhood educator who meets New Hampshire Child Care Center Director qualifications and is passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. Qualifications Must meet or be eligible to meet NH Child Care Center Director requirements Degree, certification, or qualifying coursework in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field Experience working with preschool-aged children Strong classroom management and organizational skills Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Warm, responsible, creative, and dependable Responsibilities Lead and oversee the preschool program Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Work closely with children and families Oversee and support preschool staff Ensure compliance with NH child care licensing requirements Help develop and grow the new preschool program Competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
