Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist with implementing age-appropriate curriculum and developmental activities for preschool and toddler-aged children Support classroom management by maintaining a positive environment that encourages learning and social interaction Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily experiences Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom, including toys, supplies, and learning materials Provide basic first aid or pediatric first aid when necessary, responding promptly to minor injuries or health issues Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Classroom experience involving behavior management and child supervision techniques Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members Familiarity with mandated reporting laws and child safety protocols Previous nannying, babysitting, or caregiving experience with infants or toddlers is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive!
