This is outpatient physical therapy in the home, not home health. There is no OASIS documentation and no homebound requirement.

Why work with us True outpatient clinical work, not home health and not a high-volume clinic Tight, town-based routes instead of long driving days You set your availability, with no unit quotas One-on-one sessions in the patient's real environment Direct access to the owner-clinician First in line when a part-time or full-time W-2 position opens Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adults and older adults using the real home setting (stairs, tub, kitchen, sidewalks) Provide 1:1 treatment in private homes, assisted living, and group homes Write timely outpatient (Part B) documentation Coordinate with families, physicians, and the therapy team Supervise PTAs on shared patients when assigned Requirements Current New Jersey PT license (or compact privilege to practice in NJ) Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent entry-level PT degree Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Ability to treat independently in the community and safely transfer or guard patients Preferred Geriatric, neurologic, or developmental-disability experience Spanish or Korean Ability to cover more than one listed town Pay and benefits $65 - $75 per hour, W-2 per diem (1099 option available at a higher contracted rate) W-2: paid biweekly, with a $500 - $1,000 visit advance available after your first completed week (deducted from your second paycheck) W-2: mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate W-2: company-paid professional liability insurance 1099: paid weekly after signed notes About Mobile PhysioCare Mobile PhysioCare is a clinician-owned outpatient practice led by Dr. Vaishali Parmar, PT, DPT, MBA, CEEAA.
