What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Implement engaging, play-based learning experiences. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Collaborate with a supportive team that values professionalism and continuous growth. Lead Teacher Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred (or CDA where applicable). Previous classroom teaching experience. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. Assistant Teacher Qualifications Experience working with young children is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required.
