As Assistant Director-Marketing Director, you will: Create strong relationships resulting in a high retention rate and referrals from staff, parents, and the community. Build community relationships and enrollment through participation in local area marketing and execution of open houses and other marketing. Achieve center occupancy goals by providing center tours and following the Lightbridge enrollment process. Assist in achieving center occupancy goals by providing center tours and following the Lightbridge enrollment process. Provide a WOW customer experience to all in our Circle of Care. Build community relationships and enrollment through participation in local area marketing and execution of open houses and other marketing. Support a nurturing and positive learning environment encouraging children and staff to grow and develop. Foster a "learning is fun" environment by implementing the Lightbridge Academy program and Seedlings curriculum. Uphold discretion in dealing with all confidential matters and information. Maintain proper ratios and substitute in classrooms if necessary. Support all team members by example and provide mentoring and coaching. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff members. Observe all Lightbridge Academy policies, procedures, and state licensing regulations. Support regularly scheduled staff meetings and trainings. Complete a minimum of 20 hours of ongoing professional development annually. Benefits
