KinderCare is seeking a Senior Teacher for our Lincoln Park center to lead engaging, developmentally appropriate classrooms for young children. In this role, you will design and deliver creative lessons, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and model best practices in early childhood education. You will mentor and support teaching staff, partner closely with families, and ensure adherence to safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and daily lessons for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom staff. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. Collaborate with center leadership on classroom schedules and enrichment activities. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching practices.
