Maintain detailed classroom records, including lesson plans, assessments, and standardized testing results to monitor each child's growth. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards at all times. Conduct classroom activities such as physical education sessions, literacy exercises, and hands-on learning experiences that stimulate curiosity and critical thinking. Experience Prior teaching experience with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Experience working with children requiring special education services or early intervention programs is highly valued. Knowledge of childhood development principles, childhood welfare practices, and preschool teaching methodologies. Familiarity with first aid and CPR certification to ensure safety during all activities. Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Classroom experience involving standardized testing procedures and physical education activities enhances your candidacy.
