If you have a minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience , preferably in a licensed childcare center or preschool , and enjoy creating a nurturing and engaging classroom environment, we would love to hear from you!Pay:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans. Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum . Provide attentive care and supervision while ensuring children's health and safety. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Communicate with parents about children's development, accomplishments, and daily experiences. Work collaboratively with teachers and center staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom. Participate in professional development and ongoing training. Follow state childcare licensing regulations and center policies. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience. Previous experience as a Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Infant Teacher, Toddler Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator preferred. Experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool preferred. Caring, patient, and nurturing approach with young children. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care and education.
