Duties Create a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and independence. Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate early intervention techniques and support childhood development milestones. Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing observations; adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development and success. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson plans while ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and private school standards. Skills Strong knowledge of child development. Proven experience in classroom management, curriculum development, lesson planning, and working with children of various ages. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare.
