Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with educational standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with school and Kinder Care staff on curriculum and best practices. Implement positive behavior management and classroom routines. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations. Participate in professional development and continuous learning. Prepare classroom materials and maintain organized learning spaces.
