Job Description
KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for G Harold Antrim Elementary School to nurture and inspire young learners in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, foster social-emotional growth, and create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued. You will partner closely with families, collaborate with KinderCare and school staff, and maintain high standards for safety, communication, and classroom management. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with educational standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and document children's progress and adapt instruction as needed. Communicate regularly with families about student development and classroom activities. Collaborate with school and Kinder Care staff on curriculum and best practices. Implement positive behavior management and classroom routines. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations. Participate in professional development and continuous learning. Prepare classroom materials and maintain organized learning spaces. Support school events and enrichment activities as needed.
