As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will: Create lesson plans that support our theme-based curriculum that develops reading, writing, science, technology, and math skills. Teach toddlers or preschoolers through creative arts, music, and activities that promote large and fine motor development. Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication. Uphold the rules and regulations of Lightbridge Academy and governmental regulatory agencies about children's care, health, and safety. Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team. Support an engaging work environment by learning, collaborating, and building co-worker relationships.
