KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our KinderCare at Wayne learning center. In this on-site role, you'll create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where young children can explore, grow, and thrive. You will implement age-appropriate curriculum, support daily routines, and partner closely with families to share progress and milestones. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions, while maintaining classroom order. Observe and document children's progress to share insights with families and center leadership. Build positive, professional relationships with families through regular communication. Collaborate with teaching teams and center leadership to plan activities and support center goals. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development offered by Kinder Care.
