Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Preschool Director to join our vibrant early childhood education community. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily preschool operations, ensuring adherence to educational standards and safety regulations Support curriculum development initiatives that promote age-appropriate learning and developmental milestones Supervise and evaluate preschool staff, including teachers and support personnel, fostering professional growth through ongoing development facilitation Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising efforts to enhance program quality and sustainability Oversee compliance with legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and school regulations Facilitate staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to strengthen instructional leadership and team cohesion Manage school administrative tasks such as enrollment processes, record keeping, and communication with families Qualifications Proven experience in school administration or as a school director within early childhood or K-12 settings Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance Demonstrated management skills with experience supervising school staff and facilitating professional growth Knowledge of legal aspects related to early childhood education, special education law, and school regulations Excellent communication skills for public speaking, team leadership, and community engagement Ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets as an education administrator, and participate in fundraising activities Prior classroom experience working directly with young children is highly desirable Familiarity with childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Join us to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners while advancing your leadership career in a supportive and innovative environment!
