Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing engaging curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to students. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students and ensuring their academic success. Duties Develop and implement curriculum that meets educational standards and caters to the diverse needs of students. Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment. Provide tutoring and individualized support to students who require additional assistance. Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive student behavior and engagement. Conduct assessments, including standardized testing, to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; certification in Early Childhood Education is preferred. Experience in curriculum development and classroom management is highly desirable. Strong skills in tutoring, behavior management, and individualized instruction. Familiarity with private school settings is a plus. Ability to educate students across various subjects, including Math, while incorporating effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds through toddler care practices when necessary.
