Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic early childhood education environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom where children can explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster a love of learning and support each child's unique developmental journey. Duties Develop and implement lesson plans/planning Create a nurturing classroom environment. Conduct regular assessments of child development. Engage with children in hands-on activities through play-based learning. Collaborate with parents and guardians. Attend regular staff meetings and trainings. Requirements Knowledge of childhood development principles Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Degree preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with early childhood education standards, mandated reporting laws, and classroom safety protocols. Prior preschool teaching experience or daycare experience is highly preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
