Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Lead Teachers for our 3K (three-year-old) and T oddler classrooms (2-Year-Old). These vital roles involve creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment that fosters early childhood development. As a Lead Teacher, you will write lesson plans from Kid Krazy's curriculum, manage classroom activities, and build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Requirement:
3K Lead Teacher - This is a 11 month position.
Education:
Masters in ECE, (Preferred or almost completing)
Experience:
Early childhood classroom experience : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
TEACH Certification Birth-2nd (Preferred)
Requirement:
Toddler Teacher (2-year-old) - This is a 12 month position
Education:
Bachelors In ECE (Preferred or almost completing) 12 Credits minimum in childhood Development courses
Work Study Program Experience:
Early childhood classroom experience : 2 years (Required) Duties Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math skills, social-emotional growth, and physical development in accordance with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among toddlers and preschoolers. Implement classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and effective learning experiences. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share progress, address concerns, and strengthen home-school connections. Join our team to help shape the future by nurturing young minds!
