Care-A-Lot is hiring for a lead toddler teacher at our KenTon location. We are building a team of early childhood educators who see their "why" in the face of a child who trusts them, take pride in their work and love seeing that moment when the "light bulb" goes on for a little one! Essential Job Functions:

The Toddler Lead Teacher plans and implements daily activities The Toddler Lead Teacher maintains cooperative relationships and clear, positive communication with staff, children, families, and support professionals The Toddler Lead Teacher provides personal care to children as needed with warmth and love The Toddler Lead Teacher ensures safety of children at all times and across all learning environments. The Toddler Lead Teacher maintains health and safety practices in accordance with state and local regulatory guidelines.
