  • 5pm Monday to Friday We are seeking a dedicated and caring Childcare Provider to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and safe environment for our young learners. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for the daily care and supervision of children, supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Duties
  • Provide high-quality childcare and education to children ranging from infants to preschool age
  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities, lessons, and games
  • Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Monitor and document children's progress, identifying and addressing any developmental concerns
  • Implement special education strategies and accommodations for children with special needs
  • Collaborate with other childcare professionals to develop and implement curriculum and lesson plans
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and staff interactions Experience
  • Experience working with children, particularly in a childcare or early childhood education setting
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and education principles
  • Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
  • Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
  • Experience in classroom management and maintaining a safe and organized environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to lift and carry children and equipment, as needed
  • First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
