Job Title:
Full-Time Lead Daycare Teacher Schedule:
Monday - Friday, weekends off, flexible hoursResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
- Create a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a clean and organized space.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to provide a high-quality daycare program.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a daycare teacher or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
- Certification in early childhood education is a plus.
