Our client is looking for caring, nurturing, and energetic full-time Teachers to join their premier preschool in Greenpoint, NY. The ideal candidate must be willing to work with children 6-weeks to 5-years-old; as well as be comfortable with diapering and toilet training. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Full-Time; Monday-Friday; year-round employment
Open Positions Floater Teacher:
working with children 2 months to 5 years old and the shift will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday Assistant Infant Teacher:
working with children 2 to 18 months old and the shift will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday Lead Preschool Teacher:
working with children 3 to 4 years old old and the shift will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through
Friday Lead Pre-K Teacher:

REQUIRED
Education:
High School Diploma or
GED REQUIRED
Experience:
working with children 5-years and younger in any capacity Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility Must be at least 18-years-old Qualifications- Lead Infant/Young toddler
REQUIRED
Education:
Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR Child Development Associate (CDA) and a study plan for an Associate's degree within 7 years

Experience:
1 year of experience in a licensed Early Childhood Education facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility Must be at least 21-years-old Qualifications- Lead Preschool Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and state Department of Education Certificate Option 2: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and 2 years of Early Childhood Education experience Option 3: 90 or more college credits and one year of classroom experience teaching children in Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, or grades one and two Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations - for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers, must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib Must meet background check eligibility Must be at least 21-years-old Don't meet every qualification?
