The Lead Teacher will take ownership of the classroom, follow daily routines and curriculum, actively supervise and engage children, maintain a clean and organized classroom, complete opening, meal, nap, and end-of-day duties, prepare activities and materials, and ensure children's belongings and supplies are properly maintained. The position also requires consistent and professional communication with parents through our communication platform, teamwork with staff, punctuality, initiative, and the ability to accept feedback and follow through on responsibilities. Personal phone use during classroom duties or child supervision is not permitted except for authorized work purposes. Early childhood education experience and CDA/degree are preferred; CPR/First Aid certification . We are looking for someone dependable, hands-on, caring, and committed to maintaining a safe, engaging, and professional classroom environment.
