Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young minds. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Conduct individual and group activities to encourage learning and development
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure each child is reaching their full potential
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive classroom dynamics Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and educational activities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
