KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Walden Avenue center to nurture and inspire young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. In this onsite role, you'll design and lead age-appropriate lessons, ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, and build strong partnerships with families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, follow licensing and safety standards, and participate in ongoing training while helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically in a caring environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Supervise children and ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards. Observe, document, and communicate each child's developmental progress. Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide goals and events. Maintain an organized, engaging classroom with appropriate materials. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Assist with classroom routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
