Lead Preschool and Prekindergarten Teachers - Full Time Kandyland Kids is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool and Prekindergarten Teacher to join our team. We are looking for educators who are reliable, responsible, respectful, patient, caring, and passionate about early childhood education. Role Overview As a Lead Pre‑K Teacher, you will work collaboratively with co‑teachers and support staff to create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for preschoolers. You will guide children's social, emotional, physical, and academic growth while maintaining a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning standards Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment Lead activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development Observe, document, and assess student progress to support individualized learning Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to support each child's growth Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom Use positive, effective classroom‑management strategies Collaborate with co‑teachers, administrators, and support staff Requirements Experience working with children in an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
