$75,000 / year Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Assistant Director to support the leadership of our early childhood program. Working alongside a collaborative team of Educational Directors and Administrators, you will help oversee daily operations, maintain strict city and state regulatory compliance, guide teaching staff, support enrollment, and cultivate a safe, engaging learning environment. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional mentorship will be provided under the direct guidance of our Director and Administrative team.
Key Responsibilities Family Engagement:
Serve as a primary point of contact for families, conduct center tours, support enrollment growth, and manage parent communications.
Staff Supervision:
Partner with teachers to ensure effective implementation and adherence to DOE curriculum standards.
Administrative Support:
Assist with student file management and regulatory compliance reporting.
Leadership Collaboration:
Work side by side with Directors and Administrators to ensure seamless daily center operations. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional mentorship will be provided under the direct guidance of our Director and Administrative team. Qualifications & Requirements Education (Mandatory): Master's degree in Early Childhood Education Birth-Grade 2. Experience(Preferred) : 2-3 years of classroom teaching experience
