Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies. Facilitate youth group activities, including arts, crafts, sports, theater, and outdoor adventures to encourage teamwork and leadership. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute youth programs aligned with developmental goals. Support children with special needs by applying inclusive teaching practices and working closely with specialists when necessary. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings is required. Experience in classroom management, childcare activities, tutoring, or youth group facilitation is highly desirable.
