The Children's Community Head Start program is looking to hire an Infant/Toddler Teacher to work in our Early Head Start Program in Ronkonkoma. All teaching positions are co-teaching positions, M-F , 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Teachers are responsible to plan and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities for young children, screen children for developmental delays, assess and track progress towards developmental goals, and parent engagement. Tuition and retirement is offered after 1 year of employment. Candidates must hold a Child Development Associate, or a degree in Early Childhood Education. Enrollment in CDA or degree program is acceptable.
