Job Description
The Children's Community Head Start program is looking to hire a UPK/ Preschool Teacher for our Ronkonkoma Center. Teachers are responsible for planning and facilitating developmentally appropriate lessons, screening children for developmental delays, tracking children's progress towards school readiness goals, parent engagement and communication. We offer paid sick personal and vacation time after 3 months, approx. 14 paid holidays per year, paid tuition reimbursement and retirement benefits after 1 year. B-2 Certification is required. Includes additional compensation above the base salary - based on # of Middle Country UPK children in the class.
