The Country Childrens Center is seeking a full-time Toddler Teacher - to work at our Oak Ridge site in South Salem, NY. The position is a 12 month, year-round role with this adorable, inquisitive, creative group of children. We need our new Teacher to work Monday - Friday, around the hours of 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. You will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about young children, and work in partnership with other teachers and our wonderful Site Director. As an Toddler Teacher, you will: Play with children to promote their learning and development. Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of each child. Work in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Maintain an environment that is safe, healthy, well-organized and visually pleasing Take an active role in suggesting new ideas, solutions and activities. Leave everyday with a smile.

Qualifications:

Interest in caring for children and looking for career growth Able to lift 30 lbs. and assume postures in low level positions that best allow physical and visual contact with children. Comfortable with technology and desire for professional growth. High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years direct care experience with children age 12 or younger, preferred
