We are a community‑rooted program that values emotional safety, consistency, and strong relationships with families. We are currently hiring for an afternoon baby room position. Key Responsibilities Provide nurturing, responsive care that supports each child's development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow age‑appropriate routines (feeding, diapering, toileting, transitions) Implement play‑based learning experiences aligned with Ohio's Early Learning Standards Communicate professionally with families and uphold TLC's culture of trust and consistency Collaborate with teammates to support smooth daily operations Qualifications Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-5 years Ability to adapt to the needs of a specific classroom environment Strong reliability, professionalism, and communication skills Why TLC?
