Duties Lead teachers - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, literacy, math skills, and physical activity. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth. Manage classroom activities effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns to foster strong partnerships. Maintain compliance with child care laws and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations including first aid and CPR certification. Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including preschool or toddler care environments. Knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and collaboration with colleagues. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional training in special education or early intervention is a plus. Ability to plan and implement engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social skills development. Familiarity with child welfare standards, mandated reporting laws, and best practices in early childhood education. Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
