Cincinnati, OH Job Details Full-time $14 - $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED First aid and CPR Full Job Description About This Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to lead our growing 3-year-old classroom. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will design age appropriate daily activities tailored to the unique curiosity of three-year-olds, helping them learn through play and structured activities. As a leader in the classroom, you will also build strong relationships with families to support each child's individual growth and developmental milestones. What You'll Do Design and implement a age-appropriate, play-based curriculum Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that meets all state licensing regulations. Assess and document child progress, sharing developmental milestones regularly with parents and guardians. Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques and emotional support. Assist with meals and bathroom times, some children may be toilet trained, others may require assistance Requirements High school diploma certifications in CPR, First Aid, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention (once hired, you will be instructed on how to complete these). Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process required by the state of Ohio.
