Schedule:

Targeted opening date is January 2027. Paid training prior to opening!

Monday-Friday:

15-20 hours per week

Before School:

6:30am-9:30am

After School:

What You'll Do:

Create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for school-age children Lead group activities, help with homework, and encourage social-emotional learning Plan and deliver activities from the Champions curriculum (STEAM, arts, physical activity) Partner with parents, school staff, and students to build strong, lasting relationships Maintain licensing standards and conduct safety headcounts

We're Looking For:

Passion for working with children in child care, education, or youth development High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or early childhood education experience preferred Ability to pass a background check
