Wilde Kingdom Early Learning Center is a Gold star rated center located in Fairfield, Ohio. We provide early learning and development for children from 8 weeks of age to 10 years of age. We are currently seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher for a four-year old classroom. The lead teacher must be at Career Pathway Level 3 (CPL 3) or have a degree in early childhood education. The Lead Teacher is responsible for: Preparing and implementing lesson plans utilizing Creative Curriculum Implementing curriculum that aligns with the Ohio Early Learning Standards Conducting informal and formal assessments Engaging with parents regarding their child's development, including parent/teacher conferences Preparing student portfolios Must be familiar with Step to Up to Quality expectations and guidelines and provide evidence of implementation in the classroom A positive attitude, a good work ethic, a sense of humor, and tons of patience will make you successful in this role.
