00 per hour | Full-Time Join the BFA Team! Balanced Family Academy is looking for an energetic, patient, and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our Grove City team! Toddlers are busy discovering their independence, building language, navigating big emotions, and exploring everything around them. We're looking for a teacher who understands this exciting stage and can provide the patience, consistency, structure, and encouragement toddlers need to thrive. What You'll Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers Support daily routines including meals, diapering/toileting, naps, and transitions Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities Encourage language development, independence, motor skills, and social-emotional growth Help children learn appropriate ways to communicate and navigate big emotions Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families Communicate with families about their child's day and development Work collaboratively with your classroom teaching team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow BFA policies and all state licensing, health, and safety requirements What We're Looking For Previous experience working with toddlers or young children preferred Patient, energetic, nurturing, and attentive Understanding of toddler development and positive behavior guidance Dependable and ready to be part of a team Strong communication skills with families and coworkers Ability to remain calm, flexible, and positive throughout the day Willingness to learn, grow, and help where needed First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain Why Teachers Choose BFA We want our teachers to feel supported and valued—not just in their classroom, but as part of the entire BFA team.
