City Kids Hilliard is a family-run, state-licensed daycare that's been part of Columbus-area childcare since 1989. We keep fewer children per teacher than Ohio requires — so you're not drowning in ratios, and babies actually get your attention. We're hiring an Infant / Toddler Teacher who wants real relationships with little ones (and their parents), not a revolving-door classroom.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and/or toddlers throughout the day Follow each child's feeding, sleeping, and diapering needs — especially infants on individual "demand" schedules Lead age-appropriate play and learning for language, motor, social, and emotional growth Keep clear daily notes for families and a clean, licensing-ready classroom Partner with co-teachers, the Director, and parents at drop-off and pickup

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to pass Ohio childcare background checks / fingerprinting High school diploma or equivalent (as required for the role) Physical ability to lift, carry, sit/kneel on the floor, and stay active for a full shift

PREFERRED

CDA, Early Childhood coursework, or related degree (Columbus State / ECE grads welcome) Prior infant or toddler classroom experience First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
