Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Position Overview Kiddie Academy of Hilliard is seeking a caring, energetic, and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on nurturing the growth and development of children ages 3-5 in a safe, engaging, and educational environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a childcare setting Experience working with children ages 3 and older Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for early childhood education and child development Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Preferred (but not required) CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field What We Offer Supportive team environment Consistent full-time schedule Opportunities for professional growth and development
