Our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing, educational environment with innovative curriculum. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Child Care Provider to join our team. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age kids. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development and commitment to fostering positive growth will help children thrive both academically and socially. Duties Supervise children during daily activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development and learning Provide attentive toddler and infant care, including feeding, diapering, and comforting when needed Engage children in play-based learning to encourage creativity, social skills, and emotional regulation Follow mandated reporting laws to document any concerns related to child safety or well-being Maintain a clean and organized environment that supports health standards and safety protocols Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and needs Skills Experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development milestones Ability to provide care for children with disabilities or special needs when necessary Strong behavior management skills to foster positive interactions among children Teaching experience with young children or youth programs is highly desirable Excellent caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient approach Classroom or daycare experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple children effectively Join us in making a difference in children's lives through dedicated care and education!
Pay:
$13.50 - $14.50 per hour
