Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of incidents or developmental observations. Foster inclusive practices by integrating special education strategies and early intervention techniques when needed. Lead classroom activities that promote physical activity, social skills, and emotional well-being while adhering to health and safety protocols such as first aid and CPR. Requirements Prior experience working with children in preschool or early childhood education settings is essential. Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Experience teaching literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and childhood welfare topics. Familiarity with special education practices, early intervention programs, and standardized testing procedures. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is preferred.
