Responsibilities Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning goals Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Monitor children's development and communicate progress with families Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance Collaborate with center staff to follow curricula, schedules, and safety protocols Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations Prepare learning materials and organize classroom spaces Participate in professional development and training Support inclusion and respect for diverse backgrounds and abilities Document attendance, incidents, and required child records accurately Required Skills Early childhood classroom management Lesson and activity planning Child development knowledge (infant-pre-K) Health, safety, and sanitation practices Observation and developmental documentation Family and caregiver communication Behavior guidance and conflict resolution Basic first aid and emergency response Recordkeeping and compliance with licensing Team collaboration in childcare setting
