Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, numeracy, social skills, and physical development Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and creativity Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management and classroom management techniques Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of child welfare and safety protocols Lead activities that support childhood development instruction. Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of child development principles and childhood development best practices Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and Scheduling Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure child safety at all times Experience engaging children in active play to promote healthy growth Knowledge of special education needs and early intervention programs to support diverse learners Understanding of DHS regulations and guidelines Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps children thrive!
