Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of child development principles and childhood development best practices Expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and Scheduling Familiarity with behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure child safety at all times Experience engaging children in active play to promote healthy growth Knowledge of special education needs and early intervention programs to support diverse learners Understanding of DHS regulations and guidelines Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps children thrive!
