Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the developmental needs of children aged 3 to 5 years. The Early Childhood Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and fosters early childhood development. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education. Manage classroom activities effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies and behavior management techniques. Foster communication skills among students through interactive activities and discussions. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment while ensuring child welfare at all times. Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Utilize standardized testing as appropriate to assess student development and learning outcomes. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications Holds a CDA, Certificate of Mastery in ECE or CCP Certification. Proven experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
