Full - Time childcare Assistant Early Path Childcare Beaverton, OR Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Early childhood education First Aid Certification Infants Meal assistance Full Job Description Early Path Childcare is looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible Full-Time Childcare Assistant to primarily work with infants and toddlers in our licensed in-home childcare program in Beaverton/Bethany.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, approximately 36-40 hours per week

Pay:

$18-$19 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and nurturing care primarily for infants and toddlers Supervise children and maintain a safe and loving environment at all times Assist with bottles/feedings, diaper changes, naps, and daily infant/toddler routines Engage babies and toddlers in age-appropriate developmental, sensory, fine motor, music, reading, and play activities Help with cleaning and sanitizing toys, childcare areas, bottles, and materials Assist with meals and snacks as needed Follow safe sleep practices and all Oregon childcare licensing requirements Work closely and communicate well with the provider and other staff

Requirements:

Experience caring for infants and toddlers is strongly preferred Must be comfortable caring for babies throughout the day 30-hour Infant & Toddler training required or must be completed CPR/First Aid and CPR certifications required or must be obtained Must complete all required Oregon childcare trainings and licensing requirements Must be able to pass required background checks Must be reliable, patient, responsible, and nurturing Must be available Monday-Friday We are looking for someone who truly enjoys working with babies and toddlers and would like to become a dependable, long-term member of our childcare team.

Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 40.0 per week
