As soon as possible. Dream Christian Preschool is looking for a Lead Teacher who loves Jesus and has a heart for guiding young children. If you're excited about shaping little lives in a Christ-centered, joyful environment—this might be the calling you've been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a classroom with love, patience, and creativity Planning and teaching lessons that support kids academically, emotionally, and spiritually Building strong, trusting relationships with families and fellow staff Helping children grow in their faith and character—one prayer, one storytime, and one hug at a time Supporting daily routines and transitions with grace and good humor Pitching in as part of a collaborative teaching team that values encouragement and excellence
What We're Looking For:
Someone who follows Jesus and is active in a local church community A teacher who shares our Statement of Faith and is excited to live it out through education 1+ years of classroom experience with preschool-aged children and is teacher qualified in ORO A strong foundation in early childhood education best practices Excellent communication and organizational skills—and a good sense of humor helps, too! Able to assist other classroom teachers when appropriate, contributing to a cohesive team environment. Current CPR/First Aid certification & Food Handlers, or willingness to obtain before the school year begins
The Details:
Full-time position (35-40 hours a week). Competitive salary, based on experience. We're committed to caring for our staff as they care for our children—this role includes health insurance reimbursement of up to $5,000 annually. This full-time position includes 6 days of paid time off per year, along with 6 paid scheduled holidays. Ready to Apply?
