We are looking for someone who truly loves working with children and wants to be part of a supportive childcare environment. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Responsibilities Provide a safe, caring, and positive environment for children Engage children in age-appropriate activities, play, and learning Communicate effectively with children, families, and other staff Work together with other teachers and staff as a team Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Be flexible and willing to help where needed throughout the day Required Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare experience Dependable and punctual Hardworking and flexible Strong communication skills Must enjoy working with children Able to work well as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Oregon Registry Step 7 or higher is a big plus , particularly for opportunities within our Preschool for All (PFA) program Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting Willingness to assist with school van runs is a plus Applicants interested in driving must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record Why Join Stepping Stone?
